Photo Story and Story Telling/Writing Process

Has anyone used Photo Story as a way in which students use it to create a story with a beginning, middle and end? Has the visual and oral story telling portion of this software helped your students write better?

Jan,
If you are working on sequence and time order, one neat activity is to have students drop pictures in the timeline in chronological order and have them narrate the story. They could save PPT slides as .jpgs, or other drawing programs too.
