Have you tried http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/? It is free and they have a pre-school/kindergarten area.

HTH!
I hadn't heard of that. I just checked it out -- looks pretty cool! Thanks!
If you google "science-pre-k" you will get a selections of websites. I am giving my teachers www.pre-kinders.com , www.school.familyeducation.com, www.pbs.org/teachers, www.iknowthat.com

I have not had time to check out the others. But I am sure you will find more than enough material on those sites.
This site isn't specifically divided into a page for pre-schoolers, but there are definitely some great, safe for anyone science experiments that you could do for them, or even have them help with here: http://www.guidetoonlineschools.com/library/science-experiments
I am really late to this discussion but my preschool daughter loves this one BBC.  There are games for older kids as well.  Have used some with my fifth grade class.
Wow! Thanks for all the suggestions, Grace, Knox and Tina. These are all really helpful!

Hi Katy:

You might want to look at my "Science Play" series.  These are four picture books that are interactive--you read a few pages, an activity is suggested, you stop and do the activity, make a discovery and come back to the book to read more.  Ultimately you come to understand a science concept that is non-intuitive.  The titles are:

I See Myself (why you see yourself in a mirror)

I Get Wet

I Fall Down

I Face the Wind (a Sibert Honor book)

I have written about these books here: http://www.www.vickicobb.com/scienceplay.html

If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

Wow! Cool, Vicki.

Thanks!
