Presenting SMART goals

I am in charge of presenting a series of goals/results to our district of teachers and administrators.(I have 4 other teachers in my group). Does anyone have a good/interesting powerpoint template I can use?

We've been working with SMART goals the last few years. Although I wish I could take credit for creating a wonderful presentation, I have nothing that outshines these files I'm attaching. Also check http://www.aea11.k12.ia.us/ldr/processresultspd.html for ideas and leads.
