Professional Development Opportunities in Bangkok

In need of some professional development opportunities, preferably in Bangkok. What conferences are there likely to be in 2018? Which are the best?Also, thinking about doing a Google for Education two day program. Are these worthwhile, given that I already use Google fairly extensively?

Please help.
