Question: Download a video from a ning

How can a member of a ning can download a video in her computer?

I have created a classroom ning on which I have download videos from the students. A parent, who is a member of the ning, wants to download her child's video in her computer. It is not simple, because, I tried the simple way and it did not work. Therefore, is it possible and anyone knows how to do it? Thanks in advance!
