I need to find a website that gives a daily editing exercise, to let middle school students practice grammar in action. For example, a page of text with imbedded grammar errors that a class can locate and correct as a group? Anyone know of such a site?
Thanks!

A friend has been hired to work with writing classes at a state university. He wants to find some software to review things like subject-verb agreement and other points of grammar (so he can focus on teaching writing, not on mechanics, in class).
Can anyone recommend a product that would work with undergraduate college students?
He knows Turnitin.com and the pre-writing assistance in that product. He is looking for something that students could do on their own time to become better on fine points of grammar.
I don't know of any site with a daily editing exercise - maybe this would be something fun to make with your students. Have them create a wiki and put up their own text with errors & a solution.
I just found a free site for something close to what you are looking for (and I will be posting it in my Back-To-School August FREEBIES newsletter through my website below). I worked for me. Good luck with it:)
