I recently came across TeacherZone (http://teacher.tenmarks.com) for math video lessons - free. They have loads of math video lessons - 3-5 minutes long - perfect for sharing with kids and parents for grades 3-10. What I like most is the wonderful way they have explained complex math problems by breaking it into smaller pieces.
Great sites - I love Khanacademy its amazing how he has recorded all those videos! TeacherZone is very appropriate especially since they have middle school math videos and both sites are FREE :)

If you are thinking of giving your child some math during the summer, http://www.goldstudent.com/ can be a good tool for you. You can think of a way to reward them for the worksheets they complete. It is amazing how well a reward can help.
