Report cards
I'm looking for a simple program (either free for very inexpensive) that can make report cards. I have to re-do the K-5 report cards and I am finding it absolutly impossible to do it on MS Excel or Acrobat Professional.
The teachers want to be able to write as many comments as they want so we can't use the traditonal PowerSchool format that our school has. Please, Please, Please send me some suggestions because I am banging my head against the wall with this one!

I have used an electronic report card by Weidenhammer (http://www.hammer.net/ ) with Elementary teachers in the past with great success. It worked well, is web-based, and has a standards-based option, I believe. Moving teachers away from their report card that was either Excel-based, handwritten, or typed out, took some effort but this program made it all worth it.
