Hello all,

I have been tasked with creating a "rubric" by which my colleagues can evaluate each other's websites.  I'd be very interested if any others done this before and can link resources :-)
Our teacher sites are intended to be used for instruction and as a professional portfolio

Categories:
  1. Structure
    Is there a syllabus?
    Can students find class resources?
    Is there a pacing calendar?
"About me" description of teacher and experience
  2. Security / Privacy
Are there pictures or video of students posted?
Are the media releases on file?
Are students' first names only used?
  3. Interactivity
Are you using blogs, wikis, other media?
  4. Portfolio
Do you have examples of your instruction?
Do you have examples of your professional development?
  5. Professionalism
Do you have anything on your page that might expose your personal life or activities?
Any other ideas?  Anything to be added or subtracted?

Thanks!
Charles
