I am a graduate student. I am working on a lesson plan incorporating as many technology medias available to create a podcast, power point, blog, and webpage for middle school science. Any ideas? We have to create a PowerPoint presentation and podcast using a science lesson incorporating sound, simulating something the students would be able to do. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean that your objective is to create a podcast, power point, blog and webpage? Wouldn't your objective be to incorporate the media that you mention into the lesson plan? Perhaps having students create their own? Are you looking for other media that can also be incorporated into the lesson plan?

Yes, we need to create lesson plans in which students will be creating a PowerPoint presentation and podcast. We also need to incorporate as many technological media as possible. Do you have any ideas? Thank you
Questions: What is your rationale for including "as many technology medias available to create a podcast, powerpoint, blog and webpage"? What are the objectives of your lesson? What do you want the students to get out of the lesson? What is the specific grade level (as each grade has specific outcomes expected of the students). You will find that knowing where you want the kids to be at the end of the lesson will make a huge difference in the materials you select. The term for that is Backwards Design which is a great tool for creating awesome product based learning which is what it looks like you are working on.

Check out the concept of Understanding by Design here and here is a look inside of the book. Also see an overview below.
