Seeking a buddy classroom for a 14-15 year old class
Hi,
I have a 'babysitting' class of our year 10 social studies class once a week in the computer room. I can give them whatever work I choose during this time, and I thought it would be fun for them to email students from somewhere other than New Zealand. Any suggestions? They could be pen-pals from many countries, or just one class ferom somewhere. Also, any online social studies ideas? We did making power-points about countries of the world last term, and a google earth scavenger hunt activitiy.

Anything you can do with primary sources would be a plus. I don't know what is available in New Zealand but I've put some ideas together on one of my blogs, A Very Old Place, that may inspire you.
