Seeking for a partner class for my university prep EFL class

I have a university prep class of 18 students, all of whom are eager to  learn about other cultures. They're intermediate level and their ages differ from 19 to 22. I am open to any partnership, be it a competition or correspondence. Whatever else you may think of doing! Just tell me your opinions. Thanks..
