student interaction

I have been working for some time to find new ways for students to interact with their i-Pads in my class.  My attempts to find new ways to use these devices effectively have been documented on my blog Using i-Pads in the classroom.  If anyone has some ideas that I can use it would be greatly appreciated. 

One specific thing that I am looking for are games that I can use in class.  I have recently been using Quia, but honestly you can't call that activities on Quia games.  Don't get me wrong the kids like using the website, but it isn't quite game based learning.
