Students need feedback on project

My class has decided to design and implement a project. The project is called Greening Up My Room (G.U.M.R.) and involves making our classroom a more environmentally friendly place.

My class is a group of 23 third graders (7-9) and I wanted to make the project as authentic as possible. They are doing everything that I can have them do.

We started off with the need for a website to share what we are doing. I decided to use a Wordpress Blog. I installed the blog and decided on a theme that would be editable to make it look how they wanted.

The next step was to do a logo. I taught them the basic fundamentals of logo design and we chose one designed by a student. I took the student's hand-drawn logo and recreated it in Adobe Illustrator. We now have the logo up on our site. However we are having a difficult time trying to decide on the color. We solicited help from web-designers, marketers, and graphic designers. We are also soliciting suggestions and votes from others.
