Dear colleagues:
What do you think of H1 N1 is it a curse or bless?
Some - if not all- of you will laugh at this question. Yet give it a while of deep thinking? Of course it is curse on health no doubt, but what about education!!!???
Do you think it is a curse?
What benefits might we get from this epidemic disease?
What can poor and developing education systems gain from that? They are facing great challenges.
Surely they have to think of new ways to get education delivered to targeted students with minimum threats. How can this happen? How can CLASSROOM 2.0 help with that?
I once wrote to a colleague , Tamishra Swain that we need to think of ways to help teachers in rural areas how to make use and how to exploite low tech in teaching. Now I confess I was not totally right in that perspective. I really now want to shift to high tech to offer help to crowded classrooms in rural areas with least of H1 N1 dangers. How can you help with that?

Hi, Mohamed.

I understand what you are saying, and if we look at countries like Singapore, where they have prepared themselves for "continuity of learning" because of previous pandemic concerns, it does seem like there's an important opportunity to both prepare and rethink educational techniques.
