technology as a compliment teaching in Adult Education

Without technology we are doing adult learners a disservice. As we know, technology allows for active participation, the cornerstone of learning. In addition. technology is a fact of life and will constantly be evolving. Leaving technology out of the equations penalizes adult learners- it is not a reality. By employing technology reluctant adult learners will be forced to engage with the technology, become more comfortable with it, and hopefully finally embrace it.

i like your ideas. but what do you think are the benifits and challenges of using technology in delivering learning content for adults considering the assumptions of how adults learn?
