Hi guys! Does anyone have any good ideas of cool websites or activities that can be used in the computer lab?? I am a computer lab teacher and was just wondering!

A lot of teachers are using www.thinkfinity.org for free cool teaching ideas.

My teachers asked the same thing .... go to my wiki ... sistergeralyns.wikispaces.com and on the left side under general resources ... there is a HUGE amount of stuff there! Enjoy!

You can try practice word processing with a program called Type to Learn. Students can enjoy it and it definitely makes them better at typing.

I do a lot of guided research with Google, essay & research writing with Word, presentations (personal narrative as well as research based) with PowerPoint & Keynote...

... I try to make all my class session project based and long term.
