The "ghost" mouse on the interactive board screen

I had difficulty setting up my interactive white board this year and needed the tech's help. We're both in awe of a ghostly looking mouse that appears when you touch the board but we don't know how to get it to work. We figure it has some awesome applications, but right now it's just an obstacle.

Could anyone point us in the right direction (I think its version 10.2)?

I think it's a Vista feature - it comes on when it thinks there's a tablet pc/touchscreen connected

I think you can turn it off via Control Panel -> Pen and Input Devices

Thanks, I'm going to try your suggestion. I hadn't looked at the Pen part of the control panel - I'll let you know how I make out!!! Won't it be slick when I tell our tech people about the "mystery of the mouse?"
