We have ActivBoard and netbooks, document cameras and video cameras, airslates and student response systems, and the list goes on. Our faculty and staff are excited about the new equipment and many teachers are using the technology in their classrooms on a daily basis. So, where do we go from here? How do we take it to the next level and really start to move forward? What's on your wish list?

"Excitement" and "using the technology" do not necessarily equate with student learning. If I were you, I would look at the curriculum in your school to see the extent to which it challenges students to construct knowledge, make connections, communicate, and collaborate. Technology supports those types of activities but tech alone is not enough to ensure that they happen. I just heard Craig Moersch speak about his Loti scale and I think that might be a useful tool for you to understand where your teachers are in terms of technology integration and where they can go next. Good luck!
