Turning off the right click feature on a mouse

Hi! I have a student who is over zealous with the mouse and clicks the Right click frequently. She does not currently have a need for Right click and we would like to disable that feature on the computer. I thought that there was way to do that in the accessibility features but I wasn't able to find it. Any suggestions?
