A recent study released by Mashable had very compelling results for those of us involved in higher education - it found that students who use Twitter as a means to complete assignments or participate in classroom discussions were two times as likely to engage in the classroom itself than those who were not required to use Twitter. http://on.mash.to/dfn1XC Have you considered using Twitter as a tool to get your students engaged?
