Paci,

It was indeed very clear that just using the technology without preparing excellent lessons, does not result in an improvement, and can detract from the achievement possible from the lesson. I thought the suggestions on improving the lesson on a white board were very worth while. Seems to me that you could easily "lose" that applause completely!
