Anyone figure out how to make a Google Form that uses superscript and subscript for formulas?

Hi Gregg
Don't know how you can add superscript or subscript to individual questions but you can add them to the description box just below the form heading - using the "sup" and "sub" tags. Replace the " with angle brackets. You will only see the results in the published form.

eg x2 + x3 = 24
eg H2O

That may provide a partial work around for you!
