Video Conferencing Classroom Lectures

Where I work we use Polycom for Video conferencing classroom lectures to distant sites. I have been happy with the system but would like to know what other video conferencing systems are being used to broadcast classroom lectors? What have you liked about the system the most? Do you feel that video conferencing is a growing trend?
