Video Conferencing With our Troops

I've been dying to have my class video conference with someone, and just got to thinking that there should be some site or resource where students have the opportunity to talk with our troops overseas. Does anyone know of any way I can make this happen? Any thoughts are helpful.

I'm a retired teacher heading for Iraq soon. I mobilize next week, and should be in Iraq sometime in early May. I'm planning on using Skype to keep in touch with my friends and family at home. Skype is a free program that you download and install on your computer. Since I have a webcam on my computer, you would be able to see me, and if you had a webcam, I would be able to see you also.
