Wanted 21st Century Rubric

I am looking for a generic rubric that could be used to evaluate a 2nd Grade ELA/Social Studies project including mutimedia presentation, creation of a wiki and a blog. Any ideas?

Have you visited Edorigami? He used Bloom's Taxonomy to make rubrics for all kinds of technology projects, he might have just what you need. You might have to reword for 2nd grade.
