What about the 50% plus that dropped out of school or who never got in?

With the US national k-12 dropout rates exceeding 50%, illegal immigrants growing and or prisons swelling to over 2.8 million... Community Learning Centers in various shapes and formats work hard at helping these people "transition" into productive members of our local communities.

What does your school, town, organization or faith-based group do to help this situation? What links can you share to help these CLCs?  These remarks and links will go into a collaborative CLC resource community.
