What are the benefits of ICT in supporting teaching and learning?

I am Bushra Saeed and I would like to ask practitioners as to what are the various benefits  of ICT they must have noticed in their teaching and learning sessions as I feel it leads to 

• greater motivation both in learners and teachers
• enhanced learning process
• VARIATIONS IN A CONCEPT
• less  burden on teachers 
• student centered classroom
• teacher  as a facilitator
• increased confidence
