What makes a good workplace?

Hi everyone, 

I'm in the middle of researching a new article for an editorial position I hold at VelvetJobs and looking for some inspiration from someone who might have a good angle. 

The article is 'The best workplaces in 2018' so it entails some of the top companies you could work for in 2018, which you can probably guess one or two names that will be on the list which might be a bit boring. 

So my question, what do you think makes a good job and why?
