what to include in the checklist for softwares and hadrware

Right now I'm enrolled in DITWICT (diploma in teaching with ICT) from Cambridge University.In today's session we learn to evaluate soft wares and hard wares. We made our own checklist for that I want all of you to add what you thinkshould be added or ommited.....................
