What would you do with stimulus funding?

I recently received an email from a site I belong to http://applebatch.com about an essay contest asking what you would do with a million dollar stimulus package for your school. The money can be spent in any manner you see fit. I wanted to pose the question to the community to see what you all thought. Don't worry, I WILL NOT USE ANYONE'S IDEAS! Just thought it would be an interesting discussion.
