What Your Communication Style Says About You, Why It Matters, and How to Manage Everyone Else’s

Some teachers like to talk, and expect the learners to write down what they say and to learn it. Other teachers see their role as one of helping the students to learn at a deeper level so well that they can apply them in a work situation. Either way, these teachers will do a better job if they communicate well with their students. Being aware of and adapting our communication style to complement someone else’s style will enable employees or even Learners to sustain productivity and a harmonious work environment.
