Motivation after Snow Days

In Virginia, we have had so many snow days, and while I loved my time off as much as any of my students, I am not left with the task of catching up in the curriculum and remotivating Middle Schoolers. I have had a lot of trouble this past week with negative attitudes, lack of homework completion, and generally sloppy work. I have responded with understanding, yet also reapplication and reminders about rules and routines. Any tips on how to get students' minds back in the game?
