Incorporating Google Earth

I use Google Earth in my AP Environmental Science class. We are currently creating a layer of student videos of environmental issues around the globe. You can see this project on the APES wiki at http://goapes.wikispaces.com We are also creating a layer about the environmental effect of golf courses and some national courses that are going green. Who else is using this tool or another Web 2.0 tool in their AP class.
