What tools are you currently using in the Blackboard LMS?

Blackboard has many tools built into the system, like blogs, journals, and collaboration. However, many third-party companies have developed their own versions of these applications. Some are free while some have a fee associated with them. What tools do you use in your LMS? What type of expereince have you had with these applications?
