From their website: "Cobalt - Edusim is a 3D multi-user virtual world platform and authoring toolkit intended for your classroom interactive whiteboard (but equally powerful on the students laptop or desktop computers !)." It's still in alpha but can be downloaded and there are tutorials, model packages, and th ability to share new worlds on their website.
