One of the difficulties I find is daycare and preschools. I have dealt with both and find certain alienating practices with the fathers! The father is not looked at as being responsible as a whole in the educational process of their child, more of a chauffeur.

These are the early stages of a responsible parenting. Do men have the same nurturing qualities as women?  Are they being taught, encouraged, and supported in environments such as day care and preschool?

The reason I ask is fathers have an important role in child development. After raising the question of father communication in the day care preschool setting to some parents. Most   fathers feel they can leave their families and everything will be ok because of the social structure of support offered to mothers. Separated fathers do not want to play an active part in the mother of their child’s daily responsibilities.

Does this impact the student?

Not all families or parents go to church or mosque or guidance places of the sort, however parents go to work and the youth attend day care and preschool. Should there be a reform in these two areas (which are different in structure) as it pertains to education reform?
