How Everyday Things are Made- This is a virtual website where the user can see how things are manufactured - planes, motorcycles, clothes, and even jelly beans.  It is run by Stanford University:

Smithsonian National Zoological Park - This site grants the user the ability to view animals at the park.

The one that is of particular interest to me is the "How Everyday Things are Made".  It is extremely interesting to see and understand how certain products are manufactured.
