Hi,
I have taught 3rd-6th grade over the past 18 years. I have begun a new position as Director of Instructional Technology. I will be looking for higher level lessons with pizzaz to use from PreK-12th.
Hi! After 10 years of teaching in the classroom, I will be teaching grades 1-6 as the computer lab teacher in the fall. This is a new position in my district so I am looking for cool ways to integrate the curriculum with technology. This group seems to be a perfect place to begin.
I will be checking back often for advice and great ideas.
Thanks.
HI there, I am an ICT PD facilitator based in Wellington NZ.
I'm very interested in students learning through creating their own media, mainly video and music - both as a way to synthesize knowledge and share it, but also as a way to document and reflect on their own learning.
Have any of you been through Intel's Thinking with Technology Master Teacher Training? I just finshed the 40 hour course at no cost to my district at my Regional Service Center. Basically, it's very intense curriculum design using 3 of Intel's online thinking tools: Visual Ranking, Seeing Reason, and Showing Evidence.
I will definitely share this group as a resource to NYC teachers with whom I work. I'd also like to invite each of you to The Innovative Educators Social Network which is a space where educators connect to share ideas about enhancing education with 21st Century tools within content areas.

Hello new friends! I am a Computer Science Teacher and I am fascinated about innovating Technology in the classroom. I would like to see technology in every phase of the education process as an assisted tool for aiding the Digital generation in their continuous evolving cycle of learning.
