Electronic Portfolios

Is anyone using iPads or other Apps to document student learning?  I am using an iPad and the App iJournal to document student learning through pictures, videos and notes.  I can share it with parents by an URL link.  Anyone doing something similar?  I would love to hear about other Apps or ways early childhood educators are using technology to document student learning/progress.
