Methods of using technology to teach ESL students

I asked a Kindergarten teacher at the Elementary school I used to work for if she had any ideas on this subject. She suggested using software drill and practice games with students to help them practice vocabulary. This is a method she sometimes uses in her classroom because it can help teach ESL kids English words but it can also go both ways and help English students learn Spanish words.
