What is a method of teaching ESL using technology?

One mehtod that I discussed with Mr. Marshall is using program called SKYPE. SKYPE is an interactive program that works a lot like a telephone over the computer. You could use this program to have students talk to students in other countries that speak different languages in order to communicate with ESL students and get actual experience in learning the language. I felt this would be very beneficial in teaching ESL kids technology.
