Can work be saved, for the whole school to see?

Is this possible? Can others see different group work? This is unclear to me. I'd hate to see student work lost, because it can only be saved on their individual laptops.

Sorry if this has been answered already - I'm strapped for time on this one.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're asking...

If your students create work in Google Docs, they can save the work to Google's servers. Then students have the option to publish the document, which provides a URL you could post somewhere to share the work with a large group. OR you could have students share their documents in Google Docs with a smaller number of students using email addresses.
