What video equipment to buy

I was given a grant for about $3200 for my library (independent school, Middle School library, grades 5-8).  The grant specifies video equipment.  I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I should consider buying.  We have plenty of flip, digital, and video cameras.  I was thinking about investing in some videoconferencing equipment, but I don't know where to start.  Help!!!
