One possibility is to provide a Web-conference with the regional sites, so there is a sense of a state-wide presence. Also, webinars could be offered to round out some of the workshop offerings, which could be offered on all regional sites at the same time. All it would take is WIFI and have the teachers bring their laptops or offer it in the techlab.
