Global Learning Research

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone is using blogs to connect with other classes around the globe. My classes are communicating with several global partners to learn about neighborhoods, cultures, holidays, etc. I plan on assigning a research project in which my students will use our global friends as primary sources. Has anyone else tried this?
