First off, do you have a class website? LOL - If you're on classroom 2.0, I hope so! Have you ever thought about how to differentiate it for your students with learning challenges? What would a differentiated site need to include for the students in your class?

Last year, I differentiated my website by providing passworded individual pages for all the students in our class. Each student was provided with links to games or tutorials to help them practice in areas in which they were struggling.

Next school year, in addition to this, I'm hoping to create podcast or vodcast tutorials that the students can access from home.
