Digital Imaging Software

Do any of you use digital imaging software such as Omniform with your special education population? I am looking for a recommendation for a reasonably priced program that allows teachers to scan in a worksheet so students with OT and writing disabilities can answer the questions by filling in the worksheet as a form. Free is good too.
