Cyber Snow Days and FIDs

Many schools are starting to utilize cyber snow days (or Flexible Instruction days) where students are required to complete the days coursework from home.  The intent to to provide a way for school to continue in the event of bad weather.  While the concept is quite simple in my regular English classes, I have found this to be a challenge for my activity-based theatre classes.  How do you, or would you handle this challenge as a theatre educator?
