this session the presenter aims at giving some basic information about stress. Whether we are at home or workplace, driving or on a vacation, stress never ceases to chase us. All the physiological problems are rooted in stress. How stress can affect our health is an important issue for each individual as it is stress that finally culminates into anxiety and depression. A major factor contributing to our daily stress is work pressure and job responsibilities.
